After setting your goal, you can optionally choose a content specialization to get more targeted, specific insights. This is completely optional - you'll get great results without any specialization.

🔍 SEO Specializations:

  • Blog Posts: Editorial content optimization
  • Product Pages: E-commerce descriptions
  • Service Pages: Business services
  • Landing Pages: Marketing campaigns
  • Local Business: Location-based content
  • Website: Homepage & company pages

📱 Social Specializations:

  • Blog to Social: Turn articles into posts
  • Product Posts: Social media showcases
  • Video Scripts: Video content creation
  • Twitter/X: Thread optimization
  • LinkedIn: Professional content
  • Instagram: Visual content & captions

💡 Pro Tip: Each specialization gives you insights tailored to that specific content type and use case. For example, "Product Pages" focuses on conversion optimization, while "Blog Posts" emphasizes SEO and readability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is ContentGoal and how does it work?

ContentGoal is an AI-powered content analysis tool that helps you optimize your content for SEO, social media, competitor analysis, and repurposing. Simply choose your goal, add content (URL or paste text), and get actionable insights powered by advanced AI.

How accurate are the AI-generated insights?

Our AI provides suggestions based on content analysis and established best practices, but insights should always be reviewed and validated before implementation. Content recommendations may not reflect real-time changes or your specific business context.

What types of content can I analyze?

You can analyze any web content by providing a URL (blog posts, product pages, landing pages, articles) or by pasting text directly (social media posts, email drafts, marketing copy, etc.). Our AI adapts to different content types and provides goal-specific insights.

Which URLs work best for analysis?

Our URL crawler works best with publicly accessible websites. Here's what to expect:

Works well: Blog posts, product pages, company websites, news articles, documentation sites
Limited success: Sites with heavy JavaScript, dynamic content, or bot protection
Won't work: Social media posts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), login-protected content, private sites

💡 Pro tip: If URL analysis fails, copy the content from your browser and paste it directly for the same quality analysis.

Do I need to create an account to use ContentGoal?

Yes, you need to create a free account to analyze content and track your usage. This allows us to provide personalized insights and manage your analysis history securely.

Is my content data secure and private?

Yes, we take data security seriously. Your content is processed securely for analysis and is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How long are insights saved?

Insights you manually save (using the heart icon) are stored permanently in your account and accessible anytime. Current analysis results are temporary until you save them. We're planning to add advanced organization features like project folders and custom tags.

Can I organize saved insights by project?

Saved insights can be sorted by impact level, date saved, or goal type. Each insight includes the source URL, analysis goal, and save date. Export functions group insights by goal for professional reports. We're planning to add project folders and custom tagging in future updates.

What's included when I export saved insights?

Exports include the insight text, impact level, current/suggested states, goal type, URL analyzed, and save date. Everything is formatted in an organized, professional report.

How does insight prioritization work?

Insights are automatically ranked by impact level (High, Medium, Low) and can be sorted by impact, insight type, or original analysis order. High-impact insights are prioritized to help you focus on changes that will make the biggest difference to your content performance. Advanced filtering options are coming soon.
